RTX is recruiting for a Tomahawk Earned Value Lead (P4) in a hybrid role based in Tucson, AZ. You will lead EVMS cost/schedule performance, validate budgets with CAMs, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables across Tomahawk programs.

The position requires 8+ years of finance/business experience with EVMS expertise; U.S. citizenship is required. A university degree or advanced degree is expected, and strong Excel/EV tools proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years finance/business experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams including Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Experience with EVMS requirements and fundamental understanding of cost/schedule integration and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead EVMS cost/schedule performance tracking across Tomahawk programs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with standards.
• Partner with CAMs and planners to validate budgets and maintenance of EV metrics.
• Prepare and deliver monthly EV CDRLs with variance analysis and performance metrics.
• Analyze funding status, contract performance trends, and EV reporting requirements.
• Provide EV analysis for Operations, IPTs, Engineering, SCM, and PM with risks and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement of EV processes, tools, and cross-functional engagement.
