Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or advanced degree with relevant experience.
• Experience leading P&L for DoD contracts as a program manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience tracking, reporting metrics, and conducting reviews with leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen customer relationships and represent Raytheon with credibility.
• Lead IPT leads and cross-functional teams to execute programs.
• Drive excellence to meet technical, schedule, and financial commitments.
• Maintain accountability for program profit/loss, AOP, and financial metrics.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Communicate program goals and results to teams, customers, and senior leadership.
