Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of tolling technology experience across tolling, back-office or roadside systems.
• 5+ years of leading tolling technology programs or PMOs in a tolling context.
• Experience managing clients, cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, risks and reporting.
• Experience with tolling back-office platforms or MLFF/roadside systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead tolling technology modernization programs end-to-end.
• Manage governance, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering and operations.
• Develop delivery roadmaps, business cases and operating models.
• Collaborate with agencies and private partners to deliver scalable outcomes.
