Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Tolls Systems & Operations Project Manager with extensive experience to lead electronic tolling initiatives for U.S. toll agencies. The role combines project management, technical consulting, and business development across roadside and back-office tolling systems.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of relevant experience, strong vendor coordination skills, and the ability to work both remotely and in a hybrid team environment. Travel approx. 25-30% is possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee toll technology and operations consulting contracts.
• Design, develop and operate electronic tolling systems.
• Coordinate testing and vendor management for tolling projects.
• Develop KPI tracking and performance reports for toll systems.
• Lead client outreach, proposals and business development activities.
• Ensure all plans and deliverables meet requirements and best practices.
