Job summary

You will develop executive relationships with tolling agencies and authorities, shape strategic opportunities, and lead complex modernization programs while guiding governance, risk, and stakeholder satisfaction. Travel up to 0-100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in tolling technology or related field.
• 8+ years leading modernization programs or large delivery teams.
• Experience managing executive client relationships at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of tolling technology portfolio across North America.
• Develop executive relationships with tolling agencies and authorities.
• Oversee modernization programs including back-office and MLFF deployments.
• Guide delivery governance, financial performance, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Build and mentor tolling practitioners and delivery teams.
