Job summary

TransCore in Tampa, FL is seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager to lead a Toll Maintenance program. You will oversee field staff, contractors, and engineers, ensuring contract performance, timely ticket responses, and QA/QC of field documentation.

Qualifications

Experience managing tolling operations or ITS environments is preferred.
Proficiency in procurement, invoicing, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Manage team performance, contract staff, engineers, and field personnel; provide feedback and motivation.
Create purchase orders, manage shipping/receiving and track client invoicing.
Monitor toll system performance and coordinate with departments to meet contract needs.
Ensure tickets are attended to per contract requirements and within time limits.
Procure equipment/spares; manage inventory and parts tracking.
Develop and update maintenance plans; assist budgeting and cost tracking.
Prepare invoices and support project planning, estimating, and bill of materials.
