Job summary

TransCore, a tolling solutions provider, is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Tampa, FL to lead toll maintenance programs and staff. Qualifications

• 6–9 years of related experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience managing tolling maintenance programs, or ITS environments.
• Proficient in procurement, invoicing and vendor management practices.
• Strong MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint and Smartsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of team, contractors, engineers, and/or field staff; tracks performance, provides feedback, and motivates staff.
• Create purchase order requisitions, manage shipping and receiving and track invoicing to clients.
• Responsible for the overall monitoring of the toll system.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet contract performance requirements.
• Ensure all reported failure tickets are attended to per contract requirements.
• Plan and coordinate procurement of equipment/spares for the program.
• Develop and update Maintenance plan for the program.
• Assist with budgets and monitoring performance.
• Prepare invoices and ensure timely submittal of invoices.
• Support project planning including proposals, estimating, and material coordination.
