INVISTA is seeking a Sales & Operations Execution Lead (S&OE) – Tolling to drive end-to-end tolling processes and continuous improvement within our Downstream tolling and sell/buy-back supply arrangements. The role emphasizes disciplined execution, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable tolling capability across global operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in scheduling, supply chain, operations, or business analysis.
• Experience with an ERP System (i.e., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or similar).
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Own planning and execution for tolling and sell/buy-back supply agreements, developing base supply plans.
• Monitor plan execution and drive corrective action to protect service targets.
• Lead root-cause investigations for tolling exceptions with Finance and Operations.
• Coordinate customer-service activities tied to toller-supplied product and SLAs.
• Lead onboarding of tollers and converters, including master data and SAP/APO configuration.
• Manage sample and trial coordination with tollers for development work.
• Own the continuous-improvement roadmap for tolling processes and playbooks.
