Job summary

INVISTA is seeking a Sales & Operations Execution Lead (S&OE) for Tolling, based in Wichita, KS or Kennesaw, GA. The role drives end-to-end tolling operations, from planning to execution, partnering with Supply Planning, Account Managers, and toller/converter production contacts to optimize base supply plans and performance.

The candidate will lead process-improvement initiatives, build standardized playbooks, and manage data related to tolling operations within a global environment,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling, supply chain, operations, or business analysis.
• Experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and execution for tolling and sell/buy-back supply agreements, coordinating with Planning, Account Managers, and production contacts.
• Monitor plan execution and drive corrective actions to protect service and targets.
• Lead root-cause investigations for tolling exceptions and coordinate with Finance and Operations.
• Coordinate customer-service activities tied to toller-supplied product and onboarding logistics.
