Skyway Tolling Operations is seeking an Assistant Manager of Tolling Operations to lead a team of Tolling Operations Supervisors and oversee the Traffic Management Center, ensuring safe, reliable, and customer-focused tolling services across the Skyway 24/7 operations environment.

The role emphasizes workforce planning, performance management, budgeting, safety, and cross-functional coordination with internal partners to maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Transportation/Logistics, Management, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in tolling, transportation operations, customer operations, or a comparable 24/7 operational environment, including supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Tolling Operations Supervisors and ensure consistent execution of tolling operations.
• Monitor staffing, performance, service levels, transaction activity, and departmental priorities.
• Manage 24/7 Tolling Operations, incident response, and contingency planning.
• Oversee budgeted costs, overtime, and operational expenditures within Tolling Operations.
• Lead safety, compliance, and risk management across Tolling Operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with HR, Finance, IT, Audit and other departments.
