Stantec is seeking a Tolls Systems & Operations Project Manager with extensive experience to guide electronic tolling projects across the United States. You will oversee strategic planning, vendor procurement, implementation oversight, and performance monitoring for tolling systems.

The role requires strong client management, business development, and travel about 25-30% while contributing to marketing and thought leadership in the tolling industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Science, Technology preferred.
• 15+ years progressive experience in project management and technical consulting for technology implementation and operations.
• 10+ years direct roadside and back office toll systems & operations PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage toll technology and operations consulting services contracts for public toll agencies.
• Manage design, development, integration, testing, and operations of electronic tolling systems.
• Manage testing, validation and operational oversight of toll collection technologies.
• Develop proposals and RFPs for electronic tolling systems and services.
• Establish and maintain effective communications with client staff and vendors.
