Job summary

Ferrovial Construction seeks an ITS, Tolling, and Electrical Design Manager to lead design direction for major civil projects in Nashville. You will oversee ITS and tolling plans, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure quality and schedule adherence.

Requires a PE or near-term licensure, 5+ years in ITS/tolling, and proficiency with MicroStation, GEOPAK, and AutoCAD. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive ITS/tolling experience in civil infrastructure design.
• Experience with ITS and tolling design plans, reports, and construction documents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITS and tolling design management from concept through final design.
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure integrated, compliant designs.
• Review and document design decisions and technical analyses for stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to design staff and teams.
