Job summary

Delta Staffing is seeking an experienced ITS / Tolling Engineer to support design, delivery, and execution of advanced transportation infrastructure projects across the Southeast. The role covers ITS, tolling, traffic systems, and electrical infrastructure with responsibilities spanning documentation, testing, and RFP support.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in ITS or tolling projects, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience with state DOT agencies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ITS, tolling, traffic or electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with VDOT, municipal transportation agencies, or state DOT projects.
• Knowledge of ITS systems design, tolling, smart mobility, and connected transportation technologies.
• Proposal development and technical writing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities
