Ferrovial Construction in Nashville, TN seeks a Pavement Design Manager to lead complex highway pavement design efforts per AASHTO 93 and MEPDG guidelines. You will supervise design work by consultants, develop in-house optimization options, and oversee testing programs to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires a Civil/Geotechnical Engineering degree (US-accredited), 8+ years of experience, and an EIT with PE preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering from a US-accredited college.
• 8+ years of pavement design experience.
• Engineering in Training license; PE preferred.
• Experience with ASSHTO 93 and MEPDG design guides.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings and specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; works well in fast-track teams.

Mansioni

• Perform pavement designs for complex highway projects per AASHTO 93 and MEPDG.
• Supervise and check designs by consultants and subconsultants.
• Develop in-house design alternatives and optimizations.
• Plan and supervise pavement testing and data collection.
• Analyze FWD deflection data and related measurements.
• Prepare specifications for pavement construction projects and assist quantity estimation.
