Job summary

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is seeking a Toll Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure toll transactions perform reliably in a live environment. The role sits at the intersection of technology, data, operations, and quality, spanning from requirements reviews through validation and post-deployment monitoring.

You will lead QA activities across the SDLC, develop test plans and scripts, coordinate multi-type testing, analyze data, and work with vendors and stakeholders to uphold

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA across the SDLC to ensure requirements are met and defects are tracked.
• Ability to coordinate functional, integration, regression, system, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency with data analysis to validate transaction data, system reports, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance activities throughout the SDLC, from requirements and design through testing, deployment, and post-implementation validation.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, acceptance criteria, and validation procedures.
• Coordinate and perform functional, integration, regression, system, performance, and user acceptance testing across toll systems and related technology.
• Analyze transaction data, system reports, logs, and other information to identify anomalies and performance concerns.
• Investigate and track system defects, participate in root-cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.
