Job summary

Turnberry Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Digital Modernization practice in Pennsylvania.

You will lead testing efforts across component to acceptance levels, collaborating with developers, PMs, and business customers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and data-driven validation. You will design, implement, and execute tests, including database changes, data migration, and UAT support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA analyst or tester experience.
• Strong customer and business focus.
• Experience with user-centered design and usability testing.
• Experience with Atlassian toolset (Jira and Confluence).
• Understanding of Oracle database and ability to write SQL queries.
• Experience with test driven or behavior driven development practices.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Hands-on testing of complex technical applications.
• Experience in communicating with business leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall strategic and tactical objectives for testing software changes at different test levels.
• Work with developers, PMs, and business customers to define the testing strategy (e.g., risk-based testing).
• Test levels include component, integration, system, and acceptance testing; test types include functional and non-functional testing, white-box testing, regression testing.
• Develop and execute test procedures, set up test environments and data, and test database components (views, procedures, functions, data migration).
• Support acceptance testing by identifying database model changes across environments.
• Assess test execution against objectives and define team-level deliverables.
• Extract production data subsets for test cases and data-driven testing.
• Script data setup and data files with timestamp-related variables for testing.
• Ensure compliance with client testing standards and policies.
• Provide tools to compare expected vs actual test results and ensure data integrity.
