Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Toll Systems & Operations Project Manager to lead electronic tolling programs for U.S. agencies. You will manage projects from planning to operations, coordinate vendors, and ensure delivery against KPIs and client expectations.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in tolling project management, strong leadership, and experience with roadside and back-office tolling systems. Travel ~25–30% may be required. Boston and Baltimore locations noted.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive experience in project management and technical consulting for tolling
• 10+ years direct roadside and back-office toll systems experience
• Experience in designing and implementing tolling systems across public agencies

Responsibilities

• Lead toll technology and operations consulting contracts for public agencies
• Oversee design, development, integration, testing and operations of electronic tolling systems
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure conformance to KPIs and client expectations
• Drive marketing and business development within tolling industry and client outreach
