Job summary

HDR's Advanced Technologies for Surface Transportation group (ATST) is seeking a Tolling Project Manager to lead toll systems delivery and support transportation clients in toll planning, procurement, development, design, operations, and change management. The role includes business development and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
7 years related experience in tolling, systems, and/or revenue collection.
A minimum of 2 years project management experience.
Ability to interact with design teams and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and manage toll systems and toll technology projects including planning, engineering, design, deployment, integration, testing, commissioning, operations, maintenance and communications.
Design and development of tolling concepts and reports with system requirements and performance metrics.
Review tolling solutions and develop cost estimates, procurement documents, and project scopes.
Support procurement processes and manage project meetings, design reviews, and delivery.
Prepare technical reviews of toll systems planning studies, concepts, and implementation plans.
Develop system integration plans, testing procedures, and commissioning documents.
Support field data collection for toll projects; assist with ITS projects.
Assist in business development and growth of HDR's tolling practice.
