Job summary

Goode Company is seeking a part-time To-Go Server to coordinate off-premise orders with the same welcoming hospitality guests expect in the restaurant. You will handle takeout and delivery orders, verify details, and communicate with culinary and delivery partners to ensure accuracy and timely service.

Ideal candidates bring experience in restaurant or customer service, strong accuracy and POS skills, and a reliable attendance record. Food handler certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, fulfillment, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong accuracy, organization, communication, and point-of-sale skills.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive orders while remaining hospitable.
• Dependable attendance and careful handling of food and payments.
• Food Handler Certification

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, verify, package, stage, and hand off takeout and delivery orders accurately.
• Confirm modifications, allergies, timing, payment, and guest contact information.
• Check every order for completeness, temperature protection, presentation, and required accompaniments.
• Communicate with culinary teams, drivers, delivery partners, and managers as conditions change.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked pickup and packaging area.
• Resolve routine guest questions and escalate concerns promptly.
