Job summary

Goode Company is seeking a friendly To-Go Server in Houston to coordinate off-premise orders and provide the same hospitality guests expect inside the restaurant.

You will verify orders, communicate with kitchen and delivery partners, and ensure accuracy and proper presentation while handling multiple time-sensitive orders. This role requires a Food Handler Certification and reliable attendance for a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, fulfillment, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy, organization, communication and POS skills.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive orders while remaining hospitable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, package and hand off takeout and delivery orders accurately.
• Confirm modifications, allergies, timing, payment and guest contact information.
• Ensure order completeness, temperature, presentation and accompaniments; coordinate with teams as needed.
