Job summary

Goode Company in Texas is seeking a Host to set the tone for guest experience with a warm welcome, confident door management, and helping service flow.

You will manage reservations, waitlists, seating, and calls; communicate wait times; coordinate seating with managers; keep a polished stand; notice occasions and accessibility needs; and contribute to a smooth, friendly dining environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Clear communication in person and by phone.
• Ability to organize details and use reservation systems.
• Dependable attendance and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and thank every guest with attentive, genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, seating, phone calls, and guest notes accurately.
