Job summary

Goode Company in Houston is seeking a Busser to support a smooth guest experience by keeping service areas ready, assisting teammates, and moving with urgency and care.

In this role you will prepare and reset tables, assist servers, handle dishes, and respond to guest requests while maintaining cleanliness and professional presentation. This role is part-time with varied shifts and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required for every assignment.
• A sense of urgency, careful attention to cleanliness, and strong team awareness.
• Ability to follow direction, communicate clearly, and remain dependable during busy shifts.
• Professional presentation and a guest-first attitude.
• Food Handler Certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reset tables, stations, service areas, and supplies to established standards.
• Clear, clean, polish, replenish, and organize items throughout service.
• Support servers and managers with water, table maintenance, guest requests, and timely communication.
• Handle dishes, glassware, linens, tools, and food items safely.
• Notice service needs early and respond without waiting to be asked.
• Complete opening, running, closing, and assigned side work thoroughly.
