Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-age children in a licensed early childhood setting.
• Understanding of child development and positive guidance practices.
• Strong communication skills with families and colleagues.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Early childhood education units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inclusive, and predictable classroom environment.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based activities.
• Support children through daily routines including meals, toileting, and transitions.
• Model positive guidance and social-emotional coaching.
• Maintain licensing-compliant documentation, observations, and communication with families.
• Collaborate with teaching partners to ensure a safe, engaging learning space.
