Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking a toddler twos teacher to join our school in New Hampshire. You will develop a cohesive teaching curriculum and manage day-to-day classroom operations to create a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive.

You will communicate with children, families, and staff, guide teacher assistants, and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations while fostering growth across social, cognitive, and emotional domains.

Qualifications

• Must clear full background check and pass health screening.
• Ability to take frequent walks, use hands and fingers, handle objects, and assist children.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Curriculum planning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum with developmentally appropriate activities.
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to foster social, cognitive, and emotional growth.
• Maintain frequent communication with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and conferences.
• Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
• Maintain a healthy classroom environment and safety standards.
• Supervise teacher assistants and volunteers to ensure planned activities are followed.
• Pursue ongoing professional development for quality improvement.
