Cadence Education is hiring a Toddler Lead Teacher in Minnesota to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum. You will build strong relationships with families, support children’s growth, and ensure safety and compliance with licensing and Cadence programs.

Responsibilities include planning curriculum, documenting progress, and collaborating with the School Director and staff, with opportunities for professional development and growth

Competenze

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers.
• 6–12 months of early childhood or classroom experience preferred.
• CDA, CCP, EEC or NAC credential may be required.
• Background clearances and health screenings required.

• Build positive relationships with children and families with daily greetings and ongoing communication.
• Recognize and respond to diverse developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs; implement IEPs as required.
• Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence programs.
• Use Cadence systems to communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership.
• Maintain a safe and well-supervised classroom per Cadence Safety guidelines.
• Document and report accidents, incidents, and escalated behaviors per policy.
• Follow all Cadence Education policies and standards in the Employee Handbook.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development outside regular hours.
