Cadence Education is hiring a Young Toddler Teacher in Inver Grove Heights, MN. The role focuses on planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum, leading classroom operations, and supporting each child’s growth with IEPs as needed.

You will collaborate with families and team members, uphold safety standards, and participate in trainings and meetings to contribute to a supportive learning environment.

Formación

• Experience meeting DHS licensing requirements for lead teachers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and health screenings.
• Strong communication with families and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Document accidents, incidents, and escalated behaviors.
• Maintain a safe and well-supervised classroom following policy.
