Cadence Education is hiring a Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. We seek passionate professionals with experience in childcare, preschool, or related settings who want to grow their careers with Cadence Education.

Under the direction of the School Director, you will create a developmentally appropriate learning environment, plan curriculum, lead classroom operations, and support the social, emotional, and developmental needs of all children, including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers in a licensed childcare center.
• Experience in early childhood education settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and families through daily greetings and ongoing communication.
• Support diverse developmental and behavioral needs, including IEPs and behavior plans as required.
• Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence programs.
• Use Cadence systems to communicate professionally with families and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, well-supervised classroom following Cadence safety policies.
• Document and report incidents per policy and licensing requirements.
• Follow all Cadence Education policies and standards.
