Cadence Education in Rogers, MN is hiring a Lead Toddler Teacher to guide our infant/toddler classroom with care and leadership. This role requires a CDA or Early Childhood degree and prior preschool lead teacher experience, plus strong classroom management.

Qualifications

• Meets state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Experience rocking it as an infant teacher.
• Previous preschool lead teacher experience is required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the toddler classroom with a nurturing, safety-first approach.
• Plan a daily schedule balancing quiet time, active play, and motor-skill activities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to design age-appropriate curriculum.
• Provide daily updates to parents and communicate progress.
