Cadence Education in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Toddler Lead Teacher to create a warm, safe classroom environment and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum. You will lead daily operations, support children’s growth, and collaborate with families under the guidance of the School Director.

Qualified candidates have a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and state licensing eligibility; 6–12 months of classroom experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers in a licensed childcare center.
• 6–12 months of early childhood or classroom experience preferred.
