Job summary

The Goddard School - Houston 2 Crossroads in Minnesota is seeking a New Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team and help implement Goddard's comprehensive educational program. You will support young learners' growth across cognitive, social, and physical development and work with families to build positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Quality experience is a must to take care of our toddlers! In order for you to be considered as a Lead Teacher, a minimum of two years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advancing children's intellectual, social, and physical development
• Supporting each child's emotional development and providing positive guidance
• Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times
• Working as a team to execute lessons plans
• Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relationships
• Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom
• Responding to all children's needs
• Sustaining professional commitment
• And most importantly,... having fun! You are working with children!

Job description

Compensation

New Toddler Lead Teachers generally earn between $15 and $18 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.
