The Goddard School - Houston 1 Energy Corridor is seeking an enthusiastic Toddler Assistant Teacher to support our early childhood program. You will help advance children's intellectual, social, and physical development, execute lesson plans, and foster positive family relationships while ensuring a clean, safe classroom and compliance with Texas licensing.

Responsibilities

• Advance children’s intellectual, social, and physical development.
• Support each child’s emotional development and provide positive guidance.
• Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing (Cognia/quality standards).
• Execute lesson plans as part of the educational program.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with families.
• Keep the classroom clean and well-presented.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Respond to all children’s needs with care.

Job description

Compensation

New Toddler Assistant Teachers generally earn between $14 and $16 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.
