Job summary

The Goddard School - Houston 2 Crossroads is seeking a Lead Teacher to implement Goddard’s comprehensive educational program for preschool and pre-K students.

Responsibilities include advancing children’s intellectual, social, and physical development; supporting emotional growth with positive guidance; maintaining a clean, well-organized classroom; and cultivating collaborative relationships with families while ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience preferred for Lead Teacher role.
• Quality experience is a must for preschool and pre-k care.

Compensation

New Preschool or Pre-K Lead Teachers generally earn between $15 and $18 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.

Qualifications
