The Goddard School - Houston 1 Energy Corridor is seeking a Lead Teacher to implement Goddards comprehensive educational program. You will join a caring team and help advance childrens intellectual, social, and physical development while guiding each childs emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience preferred for Lead Teacher role.
• Quality experience with preschool/pre-k settings is required.
• Experience supporting childrens development and family relationships is valued.

Responsibilities

• Advance childrens intellectual, social, and physical development.
• Support each childs emotional development with positive guidance.
• Ensure compliance with Goddard quality, Cognia, and Texas licensing at all times.
• Collaborate with team to execute lesson plans.
• Establish and maintain positive family relationships.
• Maintain a clean, presentable classroom.
• Respond to all childrens needs.
• Sustain professional commitment and have fun with children.

Compensation

New Preschool or Pre-K Lead Teachers generally earn between $15 and $18 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.

Qualifications

Quality experience is a must to take care of our preschool and pre-k students! In order for you to be considered as a Lead Teacher, a minimum of two years of experience is preferred.
