Job summary

The Goddard School in Texas seeks a New Toddler Lead Teacher to join our teaching team and help implement Goddard’s comprehensive educational program. You will support children’s development and work to create a warm, engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities include advancing development, maintaining family relationships, and ensuring compliance with state licensing and quality standards. Two years of experience preferred; flexible hours and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of teaching experience preferred.
• Quality experience in toddler education is a must.

Responsibilities

• Advancing children’s intellectual, social, and physical development
• Supporting each child’s emotional development and providing positive guidance
• Ensuring compliance with Goddard quality standards, Cognia, and Texas licensing
• Working with the team to execute lesson plans
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with families
• Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom
• Responding to all children’s needs
• Having fun while teaching and caring for children

Compensation

New Toddler Lead Teachers generally earn between $15 and $18 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.

Qualifications
