Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is hiring teaching staff to support programming for children from infant to school age depending on location.

You will facilitate age-appropriate activities, support social-emotional development, and supervise children to ensure a safe, healthy environment. Responsibilities include creating curriculum, maintaining enriched classrooms, and working with families and staff to deliver high-quality programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in group care with consistent age group preferred
• 1 year supervising adults or equivalent
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred
• Bilingual/multilingual language preference based on center needs
• Education requirements vary by center needs and age group

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum connected to children's interests
• Create and maintain enriching, age-appropriate learning environments
• Provide excellent customer service through authentic connections with children, families, and staff
• Keep children healthy and safe through supervision and healthy habits
• Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality programs and a positive work environment
