Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead a cohesive classroom team, coordinate curriculum, and oversee day-to-day operations in a child care setting in Kingsport, Tennessee.

The role requires 2 years of professional child care, an Associate's Degree in early childhood education with at least 30 ECE credits, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to communicate with children, families, and staff while ensuring safety and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional child care experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
• High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and foster a team environment.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must clear a full background check and pass health screening.
• Associate's Degree in early childhood education or related field with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE.
• Ability to take frequent walks, use hands and fingers, handle objects, tools or controls, talk to and hear voices at many levels. May also need to kneel, bend, squat or crawl.
• Specific vision ability to see up close and at a distance, notice colors, have peripheral vision and depth perception.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
