Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking an infant classroom teacher in Kingsport, TN. You will design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum in partnership with teaching assistants, fostering a nurturing, interactive learning environment for infants.

You will communicate with colleagues and parents to meet each child’s needs, ensure safety, and support growth. The role requires CPR/First Aid certification, a background check, and an Associate’s degree with at least 30 ECE credits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional child care experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Deep understanding of child development.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Background check cleared and health screening passed.
• Associate’s degree with at least 30 ECE credits.
• Ability to engage infants and support developmentally appropriate activities.
• Willingness to conduct frequent walks and assist with mobility and safety.
