Job summary

Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Clarkston, MI is seeking two energetic, caring aides to support our Toddler classrooms. You will back the Lead and Assistant Toddler teachers, supervise in the classroom, hallway and outdoors, and help maintain daily routines while greeting families at pick-up.

This regular full-time role offers a Monday–Friday 10am–6pm schedule, onsite location, and benefits including health and dental insurance, 401K with company match, paid time off, and paid planning

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete after hire).
• Previous childcare or nanny experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate care and supervision in the classroom, bathrooms, hallways and outdoors.
• Support Lead and Assistant Toddler teachers and engage in active play with children.
• Greet each parent during pick-up and follow daily routines.

Working with young children is never boring and neither is this role! Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Clarkston, MI is looking for two energetic, caring, and flexible aides to support our Toddler classrooms.

As a vital team member, you'll provide support for the Lead and Assistant Toddler teachers, building meaningful connections with the children and their families, ensuring seamless coverage during breaks and maintaining ratios. You will also serve as an integral part of the closing team, greeting parents at the end of the day when they come to pick up their children.

Position Detail:

• Status: Regular, full-time (benefit eligible)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm
• Location: Onsite, Clarkston, MI
• Pay range: $14.50-$17/hour (based on certification/education and prior experience)
• Number needed: 2

• You must be at least 18 years of age (required)
• Must be certified in CPR/First Aid (can be completed after hire)
• Previous experience in a childcare setting or as a private nanny (preferred)
• Reliable transportation

Essential functions:

• Appropriate care and supervision in the classroom, bathroom, hallways and outdoors.
