Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Clarkston, MI is seeking two energetic aides to support Toddler classrooms. You will assist Lead and Assistant teachers, build connections with children and families, and help cover breaks while maintaining classroom ratios.

This full-time onsite role offers growth opportunities, training, and benefits. Applicants must be 18+, CPR/First Aid certified (can be obtained after hire), and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification (can be completed after hire).
• Previous childcare experience or as a private nanny preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate care and supervision in the classroom, bathroom, hallways and outdoors.
• Abide by all Heartfelt company policies and procedures.
• Support lead and assistant teacher.
• Engage in active play and supervision with children in the classroom.
• Direct children through the daily routine.
• Greet each parent when they walk in the classroom.

Working with young children is never boring and neither is this role! Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Clarkston, MI is looking for two energetic, caring, and flexible aides to support our Toddler classrooms.

As a vital team member, you'll provide support for the Lead and Assistant Toddler teachers, building meaningful connections with the children and their families, ensuring seamless coverage during breaks and maintaining ratios. You will also serve as an integral part of the closing team, greeting parents at the end of the day when they come to pick up their children.

Position Detail:

• Status: Regular, full-time (benefit eligible)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm
• Location: Onsite, Clarkston, MI
• Pay range: $14.50-$17/hour (based on certification/education and prior experience)
• Number needed: 2
