Job summary

Lilac City Early Learning Center is opening a brand-new Balboa Elementary campus in partnership with Spokane Public Schools and the City of Spokane. The Assistant Teacher role supports toddlers with two teachers per classroom in a developmentally informed program guided by Conscious Discipline and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Applicants must meet Washington State licensing requirements for Assistant Teachers or be eligible upon hire.
• Required certifications include CPR/First Aid, Food Worker Card, DCYF Background Check, Mandatory Trainings, and STARS requirements.

Lilac City Early Learning Center is opening a brand-new campus at Balboa Elementary through an innovative partnership with Spokane Public Schools and the City of Spokane. Classrooms will serve up to 8 toddlers with 2 teachers.
