Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Bremerton, WA. You will work with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow.

You will help implement engaging lesson plans, manage daily routines, and foster positive relationships with families to support each child's development. The role emphasizes teamwork and safe, developmentally appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare facility or school setting.
• Ability to pass a Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) background check.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler's certifications, or willingness to obtain them within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
