Job summary

Lilac City Early Learning Center is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join a vibrant team opening a new Balboa location. This Full-Time position supports nurturing environments and developmentally appropriate practices guided by Conscious Discipline and trauma-informed care.

You will help implement engaging curriculum, support children's development across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains, and participate in family conferences as needed.

Lilac City Early Learning Center is excited to expand our team. As we add a new location to our program we have existing staff at our main location re-locating to Balboa and we are looking for passionate teachers to fill the vacated roles.
