The Goddard School in Houston, TX is seeking a New Infant Assistant Teacher to help implement our comprehensive educational program for the youngest learners. You will support infant development, assist with daily routines, and collaborate with the teaching team to deliver engaging activities that foster growth and curiosity.

• Advancing children’s intellectual, social, and physical development
• Supporting each child’s emotional development and providing positive guidance
• Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times
• Working as a team to execute lessons plans
• Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relationships
• Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom
• Responding to all children’s needs
• Sustaining professional commitment
• And most importantly,… having fun! You are working with children!

Compensation

New Infant Assistant Teachers generally earn between $14 and $16 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.
