Job summary

The Goddard School - Houston 1 Energy Corridor is seeking an Infant Assistant Teacher to support our comprehensive educational program and help young learners grow across intellectual, social, and physical domains. You will assist in implementing engaging activities and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for babies.

You will work with a team to deliver lesson plans, foster positive family relationships, and maintain a clean, welcoming classroom while upholding licensing and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Advancing children's intellectual, social, and physical development.
• Supporting each child's emotional development and providing positive guidance.
• Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times.

Compensation

New Infant Assistant Teachers generally earn between $14 and $16 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.
