AtkinsRéalis seeks a Traffic Operations Center (TOC) – Project Manager in Richmond, VA. This role leads TOC operations staff, coordinates with clients and internal teams, and oversees schedules, billing and QA processes to ensure project success.

Required 8 years of project production/technical experience; a Bachelor's degree, PMP and/or MBA are a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8 years in project production/technical roles; two years as a Sr. Technical Professional.
• PMP and/or MBA a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, public speaking and persuasive abilities.
• Strong financial management and team leadership.
• Knowledge of production support systems and PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage TOC operations staff and coordinate with client, admin, management and staff; respond to inquiries and requests for information/approval.
• Assign daily activities and monitor progress of operations staff.
• Develop, communicate and manage QA, administrative procedures, and reporting formats/specifications.
• Monitor schedules, billing and reports and alert management to issues.
• Initiate and process personnel actions (hiring, promotions, terminations).
• Identify new business opportunities and participate in client presentations to promote firm capabilities.
• Coordinate communication between internal/external associates, client, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor financial status of projects and communicate progress to technical management.
