Job summary

Rekor Systems, via its All Traffic Data Services (ATD) subsidiary, seeks an experienced Project Manager to direct PMs and oversee office operations in traffic data services.

You will assign projects, coordinate with field technicians, ensure scheduling and delivery per client requirements, and perform QA/QC of data for clients. Travel may be required to support projects across locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 yrs experience as PM or Sr PM in Traffic Data Collection.
• Strong knowledge of the traffic study industry.
• Ability to interact with Director of Field Operations, executives and clients professionally.
• Willingness to travel out of town or out of state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assign incoming projects to the respective PM and/or Field Technicians.
• Daily communications with PMs and/or Field Technicians to verify scheduling per client requirements.
• Assist other Senior PMs and PMs as needed.
• Validate Field Tech hours match workload.
• Enter jobs in TrafficLenz as needed.
• Coordinate with Director of Field Operations as required.
• Spot check video collected for proper placement and training as needed.
• Perform data processing as needed.
• Final QA/QC of all processed data and delivery to client.
• Attend and participate in all Company scheduled meetings.
• Travel as needed for out-of-town/out-of-state assignments.
