Montecristo Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to cultivate guest relationships and deliver excellent service in our Burlington, NC store. You will drive sales, promote Casa de Montecristo products, and act as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and achieving KPI targets. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred.

Formación

• Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or other service-centric environment.
• POS and/or computer skills needed.
• Cigar knowledge a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (night, weekends, holidays).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Hands on team player with a strong work-ethic.
• Passionate and persistent about delivering a stellar guest experience.
• A track record of meeting challenging sales and operational goals.
• Demonstrated flexibility and emotional intelligence to adapt to changing conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class guest experience in the humidor and lounges through exemplary service and selling skills.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product features and promotions.
• Drive results and work as a team to exceed sales and KPI goals.
• Develop knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products and store operations.
• Support corporate initiatives and maintain store standards.
• Follow SOPs and state/local regulations; ensure a safe environment.
