Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Missouri is hiring a To-Go Specialist to ensure every off-premise order gets the same care as in-restaurant dining. You’ll deliver warm hospitality, greet guests for pickups, and verify order details for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more per day.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirements for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure accuracy.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized To-Go area.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.
