Job summary

Coaches Burger Bar is seeking a front-of-house team member to greet guests and ensure smooth restaurant operations. You will answer phones, take reservations and to-go orders, and relay messages to staff as needed.

You will also manage Grubhub, UberEats and DoorDash orders, handle guest checks and payments, and assist with opening/closing duties while upholding health and safety standards. This role requires clear communication and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a courteous and timely manner.
• Answers telephone, takes reservations, to-go orders and inquiries.
• Writes messages for employees and delivers when needed.
• Handles health and safety concerns and communicates with management.
• Manages all Grubhub, UberEats and Doordash orders.
• Processes guest checks and handles payments.
• Performs opening and closing duties per procedures.
