Responsibilities

• Lead Hannaford To Go Department operations in the absence of the ASM-Service.
• Provide high standards of customer service and sales growth.
• Maintain appearance, safety, sanitation, and food safety.
• Keep records and calibrations/certifications up to date.
• Utilize company tools such as financial reports, scheduling, productivity, and business information systems.
• Create and maintain effective work schedules to meet customer service standards.
• Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure efficient performance.
• Provide coaching and support for performance management.
• Train associates to meet department needs.
• Maintain communication with store management and department teams.
• Follow all policies and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
